Business & Financial Planning - One Day Workshop

This interactive training day focuses on the key skills of Writing a Business Plan, with a specific focus on the financial planning aspect.  Going through the process of writing up each area of a business plan is vital for developing a strong business - old or new.  It makes you ask yourself tough questions, and more importantly, answer them!  The aim of this workshop is to provide a platform for participants to complete a business & financial plan for the New Year
